Bangkok has more dedicated nuru massage parlors than any city outside Japan. Almost all of them sit along one stretch of Sukhumvit Road in the Phrom Phong district, between Soi 22 and Soi 33. That concentration makes comparison easy — you can visit three different parlors in a single afternoon without ever hailing a taxi.

1. Daisy Dream — best overall

Daisy Dream takes the top spot for the thing that decides most bad nights in this category: the bill. It is the rare Bangkok nuru venue that prints its whole price list instead of quoting at the door — ฿2,000 for the 40-minute Deluxe, ฿3,000 for a 60-minute nuru session in a Deluxe room, ฿5,000 for 90 minutes of nuru in a VIP jacuzzi room. The gap between the quoted price and the final bill is the most common complaint about Bangkok nuru venues, and here you know the number before you walk in.
It also has the longest track record in the cluster. Daisy Dream has been running since around 2019 — by its own account the venue that brought nuru to Bangkok — and it keeps later hours than most of its neighbours, 11:00 to 02:00 every day. The daily lineup is large, so you choose on the day rather than booking around one therapist, and its LINE account will tell you who is working before you leave the hotel.
One practical note: the ฿2,000 40-minute tier is a full-service slot, not a nuru session. For nuru, book the 60-minute Deluxe at ฿3,000, or the 90-minute VIP if you want the jacuzzi.

2. Miki Nuru — best for Japanese-style nuru
Sukhumvit Soi 22 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,300-8,500 (published)
Miki is a Japanese-branded nuru house at the quiet southern end of Soi 22, and one of the few venues in Bangkok that treats nuru as the main event rather than an upsell on an oil menu. The rooms are built around a dedicated nuru mattress kept separate from the bed, which is what the gel technique actually needs.
The board is published. Nuru runs ฿3,200 for 60 minutes and ฿3,700 for 80 at the current opening rates, with jacuzzi versions at ฿3,700 and ฿4,200; standard prices sit ฿300 to ฿500 higher. The 90-minute duo with two therapists is ฿8,000 and includes the jacuzzi and cosplay. The ฿2,300 entry line is a 40-minute relax massage, not nuru, so read the menu before you book.

Heal publishes a complete rate card rather than quoting at the door. Eleven lines, ฿2,400 to ฿6,800, with nuru from ฿3,000 for 40 minutes and ฿3,800 for an hour, and a jacuzzi option priced separately on every duration.
It is the one parlor in this ranking away from the Sukhumvit strip: Heal sits in Din Daeng, about 350 metres from MRT Phra Ram 9. That trade is the point of it. Rooms on the Rama 9 side are bigger for the money than anything at the same price on Sukhumvit, and Heal prices nearly its whole board for two therapists as well as one.

But here’s why it earned a spot: if your budget matters more than ambiance, Mango gets the job done. They open at 9:00 AM (earlier than anyone else in this guide) and close at 2:00 AM. How we picked these nuru parlors
We didn’t pull this list from Google reviews or compile it from blog posts. Every venue in our Bangkok nuru massage directory is tracked in a database with its prices, hours, services and foreigner policy. For the ranked ten we require:
- An active nuru venue in Bangkok — nuru as a primary or major service
- An operator-confirmed board — the venue has sent us its prices, hours and photographs directly and stands behind them; every one of the ten is marked Owner Verified on its page
- Near the rail — nine are walkable from BTS Phrom Phong, and Heal is 350 metres from MRT Phra Ram 9
- Range — budget, mid-range, premium and specialty courses between them
No rating or review on this site is for sale. Every price above comes from the venue’s own board.
What’s in the directory but not on this list
The directory is larger than this ranking, on purpose. We list venues we can document before we can rank them, and plenty of working shops publish no price, no hours and no foreigner policy. Six nuru venues added in August 2026 sit in exactly that state: Aurora Bangkok and Aurora Massage 33 in Phrom Phong, THE SENSE Bangkok and FengHuang Massage in Asoke, Yume on Soi 20 and SENTO Bangkok in Ekkamai. Soi 33: the hour is a fixed price
Reading the seven Soi 33 boards side by side is the useful part, because they are very nearly the same board. Nuru is ฿3,500 for 60 minutes and ฿3,700 for 70 at every one of them. The 40-minute line is ฿3,100 everywhere except Chairman, which asks ฿3,000. Only at 90 minutes do they separate: ฿5,100 at five of them, ฿4,100 at Chairman and J-Spot. On this stretch of Soi 33 the hour is a fixed price, and the room and the add-on are what you are actually choosing between.

Tips for visiting Bangkok nuru parlors
Getting there. Nine of the ten ranked venues are near BTS Phrom Phong on the Sukhumvit Line. From Suvarnabhumi airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Makkasan, transfer to MRT Phetchaburi, ride one stop to MRT Sukhumvit, and walk upstairs to BTS Asoke. One stop east puts you at BTS Phrom Phong. Total time: about 45 minutes, ฿90. For Heal, stay on the MRT instead: Phra Ram 9 is two stops north of Sukhumvit.
