Key takeaways:
- All 10 parlors sit within walking distance of BTS Phrom Phong on the Sukhumvit Line
- Prices range from ฿1,600 to ฿8,500 depending on venue and package (verified April 2026)
- Cube Massage has the most reviews (224) and Soi 22’s largest room selection; 26 Massage holds the highest rating (4.9/5)
- Every venue on this list welcomes foreigners, accepts walk-ins, and has English-speaking staff
Bangkok has more dedicated nuru massage parlors than any city outside Japan. Almost all of them sit along one stretch of Sukhumvit Road in the Phrom Phong district, between Soi 22 and Soi 33. That concentration makes comparison easy — you can visit three different parlors in a single afternoon without ever hailing a taxi.
We track over 100 massage venues across Bangkok. For this list, we pulled every nuru parlor with active status, cross-referenced their ratings, review counts, pricing, and foreigner policies, then visited each one. Here are the 10 that actually deliver, ranked by the only thing that matters: whether you’ll walk out satisfied.
If you’re new to nuru massage entirely, start with our complete guide to what nuru massage is and how it works before choosing a venue.
1. Cube Massage — best overall
Sukhumvit Soi 22 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,000-8,500
Cube earns the top spot for the same reason it has 224 reviews at a 4.7 rating: consistency. You know exactly what you’re getting every time. The venue fills three floors of a building on Soi 22 with rooms ranging from standard private to a VVIP “Fantasy Room” with a sex chair and jacuzzi. The futuristic interior design leans into a Korean aesthetic — think clean lines, mood lighting, LED panels.
Nuru starts at ฿2,000 for a standard session. The VIP jacuzzi room bumps it to around ฿5,500, and the VVIP Fantasy goes up to ฿8,500. Staff speak Thai, English, and Korean. They take cash, credit cards, and QR payment.
Open 11:00-02:00 daily. Walk-ins work on weekday afternoons, but Friday and Saturday nights fill up.

What stands out: Highest review count of any nuru parlor in Bangkok. The room variety means you can try a ฿2,000 standard visit first, then upgrade to VIP next time if you liked it.
2. The 333 — best modern experience
Sukhumvit Soi 33 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,200-7,000
Korean-owned and it shows. The 333 feels like it was designed by someone who actually cares about the space — modern furniture, clean rooms, and a tablet-based therapist selection system that’s genuinely useful. You browse photos and profiles at your own pace instead of having someone stand over you while you point.
Rating sits at 4.8 across 85 reviews, with ambiance scoring a near-perfect 4.9. They also do soapy massage and couples sessions if you’re traveling with a partner.
Nuru from ฿2,200. Accepts cash, credit cards, QR. Staff speak English and Korean.
Open 11:00-01:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: The tablet-based selection process removes the awkwardness of choosing a therapist face-to-face. Ambiance rating (4.9/5) is the highest on this list.
3. Daisy Dream — the original
Sukhumvit Soi 24 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿3,000-6,000
Daisy Dream opened on Sukhumvit in 2019 and is widely considered the venue that started Bangkok’s nuru boom. That first-mover advantage has given it time to refine things — 142 reviews at 4.7 tells you the operation runs tight. Cleanliness scores a near-perfect 4.9.
This is the spot you recommend to someone who asks “where should I go for my first nuru?” without thinking twice. It’s the default for a reason. Japanese-style nuru, proper imported gel, private rooms, parking if you’re driving.
Nuru starts at ฿3,000. Couples packages available. Cash, credit cards, PromptPay.
Open 11:00-01:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: Bangkok’s original nuru parlor. Highest review count among dedicated nuru-only venues (142). The “safe bet” pick if you just want a reliable experience without researching further.
4. 26 Massage — best value
Sukhumvit Soi 26 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,000-3,500
If Cube is the most popular and Daisy Dream is the most established, 26 Massage is the one your friend who lives in Bangkok actually goes to. Highest rating on this list — 4.9 across 76 reviews — and a price ceiling of just ฿3,500. That’s rare.
The venue is smaller and more personal. No flashy VVIP rooms, no futuristic decor. Just clean private rooms, solid service, and staff who remember repeat visitors. Cleanliness scores 4.9 (matching Daisy Dream), and the value rating of 4.8 is the highest of any venue we track.
Nuru from ฿2,000. Cash and QR payment. English spoken.
Open 10:00-00:00 daily.

What stands out: Highest overall rating (4.9/5) and highest value-for-money score (4.8/5) of any nuru venue in Bangkok. If you want the best experience per baht spent, this is it.
5. SENA Nuru Massage — best for gel purists
Sukhumvit Soi 33 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿3,000-5,000
SENA is nuru and nothing else. While most parlors on this list offer nuru alongside soapy, oil, and other options, SENA put all their chips on the gel. They use premium Japanese-style nuru gel and that’s their entire identity.
The result is a focused experience. Rating is 4.9 across 14 reviews — small sample, but those numbers across every sub-category (service 4.9, cleanliness 4.9, value 4.7) say something. Staff speak Thai, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
Nuru from ฿3,000. Cash, credit card, QR.
Open 10:00-02:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: The only venue on this list that does nuru exclusively — no soapy, no oil, no diluted menu. If you care about the gel and the technique above all else, SENA is where you go.
6. Toro Nuru Massage — best Japanese atmosphere
Sukhumvit Soi 33 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿3,600-4,800
Toro went all-in on the Japanese theme and it works. Noren curtains at the entrance, bamboo accents, the kind of attention to atmosphere that makes the experience feel deliberate rather than transactional. They also offer soapy massage alongside nuru, and have an add-on menu for customizing your session.
Rating: 4.6 with 28 reviews. Ambiance leads at 4.8. The prices are higher than average — nuru starts at ฿3,600 — but the room quality justifies the premium. Japanese-speaking staff available.
Cash, credit card, QR. Open 13:00-01:00 daily (note: opens later than most).
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: Best atmosphere score (4.8) for a dedicated nuru venue. One of the few parlors with Japanese-speaking staff. The add-on menu lets you build a custom session.
7. Classy Nuru Massage — best for couples and VIP rooms
Sukhumvit Soi 22 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿3,000-6,500
If you’re traveling with a partner or want a VIP experience, Classy is built for that. They have dedicated couples rooms, a 2-lady service option, and VIP rooms with private jacuzzis. The venue sits near the Four Points by Sheraton on Soi 22, convenient if you’re staying in that stretch.
Rating: 4.5 across 40 reviews. Cleanliness is their strongest sub-score at 4.7. The couples angle sets it apart from the competition on this list — most nuru parlors in Bangkok are solo-focused.
Nuru from ฿3,000. VIP jacuzzi rooms and couples packages push toward ฿6,500. Cash, credit card, QR.
Open 11:00-01:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: Only venue on this list with dedicated couples rooms and a 2-lady service. VIP jacuzzi rooms available. Near the Four Points Sheraton for easy walkback.
8. 102 Massage Bangkok — best for multilingual visitors
Sukhumvit Soi 24 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,400-6,000
102 Massage has been open for over 10 years, which is ancient by Bangkok massage standards. French-owned, with Art Deco-inspired interiors that feel genuinely different from the typical Thai/Japanese aesthetic you see everywhere else on Sukhumvit.
The real draw: this is the most language-friendly venue on the list. Staff speak Thai, English, French, Japanese, and Chinese. If you’re a non-English-speaking tourist, 102 makes things easier. The menu goes beyond nuru too — soapy, oil, aroma, and foot massage are all available. Drinks and WiFi included.
Rating: 4.1 across 133 reviews. Ambiance leads at 4.5.
Cash, credit card, QR. Open 12:00-00:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: Five languages spoken. 10+ years operating. The Art Deco rooms are a genuine departure from the standard look. Widest service menu on this list if your group wants different massage types.
9. Dream Heaven Massage Soi 26 — best for 4-hand massage
Sukhumvit Soi 26 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿2,200-5,000
Dream Heaven runs multiple branches in Bangkok; this is the Soi 26 location, a short walk from 26 Massage (#4 on this list). The standout offering here is their 4-hands nuru — two therapists working simultaneously with nuru gel. It’s a different sensation entirely and not many places do it well.
They use Japanese nuru gel (not synthetic), have VIP rooms with jacuzzis, and also offer oil massage and couples sessions.
Rating: 4.0 across 35 reviews. Solid if not spectacular, but the 4-hands specialty is worth knowing about.
Nuru from ฿2,200. Cash, credit card, QR. Open 11:00-01:00 daily.
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: One of the few venues doing proper 4-hand (sandwich) nuru massage. Uses imported Japanese gel. Multi-branch operation means they’ve scaled quality control.
10. Mango Massage — best budget option
Sukhumvit Soi 24 · BTS Phrom Phong · ฿1,600-5,500
Mango is the cheapest nuru massage on Sukhumvit. Period. Starting at ฿1,600, it undercuts every other venue on this list by at least ฿400. The trade-off? The rating is lower (3.3 across 22 reviews) and the rooms aren’t going to win any design awards.
But here’s why it earned a spot: if your budget matters more than ambiance, Mango gets the job done. They open at 9:00 AM (earlier than anyone else on this list) and close at 2:00 AM. The menu is wide — nuru, oil, body-to-body, plus cosplay options if that’s your thing. Staff speak Thai, English, and Chinese.
Cash and QR payment only (no credit cards).
See full profile, photos & current pricing →
What stands out: Lowest starting price (฿1,600) of any nuru venue on Sukhumvit. Longest hours (9:00-02:00). Cosplay options. The no-frills choice for budget-conscious visitors.
How we picked these nuru parlors
We didn’t pull this list from Google reviews or compile it from blog posts. Every venue in our Bangkok nuru massage directory is tracked in a database with verified data — prices, hours, services, ratings, and foreigner policies. For this list, we filtered for:
- Active nuru massage venues in Bangkok — must offer nuru as a primary or major service
- Foreigner-friendly — all 10 venues have a “welcome” policy for international visitors
- Verified ratings — we weighted both score and review count (a 4.9 with 76 reviews means more than a 5.0 with 2)
- Near BTS — every venue is walkable from BTS Phrom Phong, which keeps it practical for visitors
- Range — we deliberately included budget, mid-range, premium, and specialty picks
Venues with “unverified” status, zero foreigner policy data, or no active website were excluded.

Tips for visiting Bangkok nuru parlors
Getting there. Every venue on this list is near BTS Phrom Phong on the Sukhumvit Line. From Suvarnabhumi airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Makkasan, transfer to MRT Phetchaburi, ride one stop to MRT Sukhumvit, and walk upstairs to BTS Asoke. One stop east puts you at BTS Phrom Phong. Total time: about 45 minutes, ฿90.
When to go. Weekday afternoons (1:00-5:00 PM) are the quietest. Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 PM onwards are peak — expect waits at popular venues or limited therapist choice. If you want to walk in on a Saturday night, arrive before 7:00.
Booking. LINE is the default booking app in Thailand. Most venues list a LINE ID on their website. Message them a few hours ahead to lock in a time slot. Some venues (like Paradise Massage 26) also have web-based booking with therapist photos.
Payment. Bring cash in Thai baht as a baseline — every venue accepts it. Credit cards work at about half the venues on this list. QR payment (PromptPay) is increasingly standard. Don’t count on WeChat Pay or Alipay at nuru-specific venues.
Etiquette. Shower before the session (they’ll show you where). Don’t haggle on listed prices. Tipping is optional but ฿300-500 is a typical range at mid-to-high-end venues. For a deeper breakdown, read our Thai massage etiquette guide.
Area context. All the Soi 22 and Soi 24 venues (Cube, Classy, 102, Daisy Dream, Mango) are within a 5-minute walk of each other. The Soi 33 cluster (The 333, SENA, Toro) is a separate 10-minute walk further east. You can easily compare by hitting one on each soi in a single trip. For a full area breakdown, see our Phrom Phong massage guide.
