This is a ranked list of places to get a happy ending massage in Bangkok, limited to venues that tell you the price before you go. That is a short list on purpose. The classic Bangkok happy ending is an ordinary oil or Thai massage shop where the extra is offered near the end and paid for in the room, and those shops almost never print what the extra costs. Our Bangkok happy ending directory lists 68 venues. Most were added from public listing data and have not yet been checked against the operator, so they are listed there and not ranked here. The six below are the ones whose rate cards we could source from the operator when we built this ranking (one sourced listing added since is shown after it, not ranked), and the ranking method says exactly what the order rests on. Our team has not visited any of them, and each venue’s own page says so.
1. EXOTIC Massage Bangkok — best overall

EXOTIC has one of the clearest boards in the category, and it is priced by room and time rather than by style. A full-service session in a standard room is ฿2,000 for 40 minutes, ฿2,200 for 60 and ฿2,500 for 90. The VIP rooms add a jacuzzi and a nuru air mattress: nuru or soapy is ฿2,400, ฿2,700 or ฿3,000 for 40, 70 or 100 minutes, and nuru and soapy combined with the jacuzzi is ฿2,500, ฿3,000 or ฿3,500. Two therapists run from ฿4,000 in a standard room to ฿6,500 in a VIP room.
It also prints an outcall ladder, which most venues in this category will not: ฿3,000 for 60 minutes up to ฿6,000 for four hours, to any hotel or apartment in Bangkok. The shop is open 10:00 to 03:00 every day, confirmed by the operator, and outcall runs 24 hours. The operator’s site shows major cards, Alipay and WeChat Pay in its payment strip, and it is published in English, Japanese and Korean. Its Google Business Profile, which we matched to the venue by phone and website, showed 4.7 across 213 reviews when we pulled it in July 2026.
The service list runs to prostate, lingam and tantric massage, but none of those is priced separately. They are styles you ask for inside a room-and-time session, so settle it when you book. Getting there: leave BTS Asok by Exit 5, walk toward Phrom Phong and turn right into the alley just before the Breakfast Story café; the shop is at the end on the right, about six to eight minutes on foot. It is not the same business as “Thai Exotica”.

2. Zen Massage Bangkok — best for walk-ins and the onsen tub

Zen is in the same compound as EXOTIC and opens lower: ฿1,800 for 30 minutes in the shower room, ฿2,200 for 60 and ฿2,500 for 90, or ฿4,000 and ฿4,500 with two therapists. The operator describes the house style as Thai bodywork blended with sensual technique, finishing with a happy ending, and says its therapists speak English.
The VIP tier bundles nuru, soapy and the jacuzzi into one price instead of charging a step for each: ฿2,500 for 40 minutes, ฿3,000 for 70 and ฿3,500 for 100, or ฿5,500 and ฿6,500 with two therapists. Zen also has a round wooden onsen tub, which it puts on its shopfront sign. Walk-ins are accepted during shop hours, 10:00 to 03:00 daily (confirmed by the operator), and the operator says most major credit cards are accepted. Outcall uses the same ฿3,000–6,000 ladder as EXOTIC and runs 24 hours.
The honest counterweight: there is no outside record of Zen at all. No Google Business Profile matched its name, phone or website, and it publishes no review count.

3. A5 Massage — best for the classic oil massage format

A5 is a Japanese-style men’s esthe: a private room and an oil-based full-body massage, which is the same oil-and-extras format as the classic Bangkok happy ending shop, in a spa setting with a printed course card. Three courses, published in Japanese and marked tax-inclusive: ฿1,800 for 40 minutes, ฿2,000 for 60 and ฿3,100 for 90. The 60-minute course is ฿200 under the hour at EXOTIC or Zen.
The card does not list extras or options, so ask what the course covers and whether anything costs more before you book. The operator publishes no phone number and no opening hours; booking is by LINE or WhatsApp, and its Instagram (@a5_massage) is the channel it keeps most current. Bookings are built around which therapist is free, so book ahead if you have a preference. Assume cash.
It sits right beside the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, the landmark to give a taxi. The mouth of Soi 22 is about a six-minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong.
What stands out: the closest thing on this list to the classic oil massage with a happy ending, with the price known before you leave the hotel.
4. Sensual Prostate Massage @Thanya — best for prostate and tantric massage

The Bangkok branch of Thanya Health Massage, near Wow Laundry on Soi 22, itemises its menu by treatment rather than by room. Prostate Massage (PET), 60 minutes: ฿1,500. Prostate Treatment, 90 minutes: ฿2,200. Male Reproductive Massage and Yoni Massage for women, 60 minutes: ฿1,500 each. 4Hands Tantric Massage: ฿2,500, ฿3,500 or ฿4,500 for 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and a 120-minute Tantric & Emotion and Mind Therapy at ฿3,500.
It is open 10:00 to 22:00 every day, and bookings between 10:00 and 12:00 are discounted to ฿1,300 an hour. Booking is by LINE, WeChat or WhatsApp. The operator markets these as health massage; we reproduce its wording and make no claim about any medical benefit. It does not state a foreigner policy.

5. Erotic Massage Bangkok — widest menu of styles
Sukhumvit Soi 22 · Phrom Phong · ฿2,500–6,000 (published)
An incall and outcall agency advertising around ten years of operation, with a roster of masseuses booked through LINE or Telegram. The published menu is priced by style: lingam, body-to-body, nuru and tantric sessions ฿2,500; full service ฿3,500; fetish and BDSM/kinky ฿4,500; 4-hand ฿6,000. Prostate is on the service list but not priced separately.
Why it sits fifth: the menu gives prices without session lengths, and no opening hours are published. Ask how long the session is, and whether it is incall or outcall, before you confirm.
What stands out: the broadest list of styles on a published menu, if you want something more specific than a massage with a finish.
6. Body Bliss Bangkok — best for outcall (no shop)
Outcall only · hotels and condominiums across Bangkok · ฿3,000–6,000 (published)
Body Bliss has no premises. It is the same operator’s delivery brand, sending therapists to hotels and condominiums around the clock, and it publishes a five-step ladder: ฿3,000 for 60 minutes, ฿3,500 for 100, ฿4,000 for 120, ฿5,000 for 180 and ฿6,000 for 240. The operator quotes arrival within about 15 minutes of a confirmed booking, which is realistic around Sukhumvit and Silom and optimistic further out.
Two things to know. Payment is cash, handed to the therapist on arrival before the session, and anything beyond the booked session is at the therapist’s discretion and not part of these rates. And a few Bangkok hotels ask visitors to leave ID at reception or charge a joiner fee, so check your own hotel first. Booking is by LINE, Telegram or WhatsApp, 24 hours a day.

Listed, not ranked: Psyche Dream Spa
Psyche Dream Spa on the RCA strip (MRT Phra Ram 9) builds sessions around themed role-play rooms: classroom, hospital, gym, dormitory, aeroplane and prison, each with a full-body massage. Its listing is sourced, but it publishes no rate card and its hours differ between sources, so it fails our price test. Agree the full price on LINE before you go.
Listed, not ranked: Kiss Bangkok Massage
Kiss Bangkok Massage is a walk-in shop on a side street off Sukhumvit Soi 22, just past the Marriott Marquis. Unlike Psyche, it does publish a card: every course is priced by length and by the ending chosen, from ฿1,500 for 30 minutes of body-to-body, with an hour of body-to-body from ฿2,000 and soapy or nuru from ฿2,300, open 11:00–00:00. We added it in September 2026, after this ranking was built, from the operator’s own published information, and have not yet assessed it against the four tests below, so it holds no position.
How we ranked these venues
We did not visit these venues and we did not rank them on ratings; three of the six have no rating we could source at all. The order rests on four tests, all of them things you can check yourself on each venue’s page:
- Sourced details. Every listing here was compiled from the operator’s own published information, and three of the six (EXOTIC, Zen and Body Bliss) were also confirmed with the operator directly.
- A published price list. The venue has to publish what a session costs. This is the test most Bangkok happy ending shops fail.
- Hours and a findable address. Published or operator-confirmed opening hours, and an address you can give a driver (for outcall, a delivery area and a published ladder).
- Format. This is a list for massage with a finish. A specialist menu ranks below a general one of similar transparency, which is why Thanya, with better-published hours than A5, sits one place below it; and an outcall-only service ranks below venues you can visit.
EXOTIC and Zen both meet all four tests in full. EXOTIC is first because it also has an independent public record, a Google Business Profile we matched to it by phone and website, which Zen does not have yet. An hour in a room costs ฿2,000–2,200 at A5, EXOTIC and Zen; at EXOTIC a jacuzzi room adds ฿400–500 for the same 40 minutes; and having a therapist sent to your hotel costs ฿3,000 an hour at all three services on this list that print an outcall price. How it works, and how to ask
At the venues on this list you book a session by time and room, and the finish is part of what you book: Zen’s operator describes its house style as finishing with a happy ending, and EXOTIC’s board is sold as full service. What exactly a session includes is settled when you book on LINE, not at the door.
At a street shop it runs differently. You get a real oil or Thai massage, and near the end the therapist may offer “something extra”, or you ask, or nothing happens and it was just a massage. The extra is paid separately, usually in cash in the room.
- Ask politely, and only after reading the room. “Do you have special service?” or, in Thai, “มีบริการพิเศษไหม?”
- Agree the price before you go into the room, and confirm what it includes.
- No means no. If a therapist doesn’t offer extras, pay for the massage and try somewhere else.
- Bring cash. Only EXOTIC and Zen say they take cards.

Every ranked venue with a shop is on Sukhumvit. EXOTIC and Zen share the 392 compound off Soi 20, six to eight minutes on foot from BTS Asok or MRT Sukhumvit. A5, Thanya and Erotic Massage Bangkok are on Soi 22, which runs south off Sukhumvit; its mouth is about six minutes’ walk from BTS Phrom Phong. If you are staying anywhere else, the realistic options are to travel to Sukhumvit or book outcall: EXOTIC, Zen and Body Bliss all deliver across Bangkok, 24 hours a day.
