A5’s advantage is that you can know the price before you leave the hotel. Three published courses — 40, 60 and 90 minutes — with the 40-minute entry at ฿1,800 put it at the accessible end of the Soi 22 range, below the jacuzzi-tier nuru shops a few doors down. For a first visit to the area, transparency is worth more than an extra room grade.
Two caveats. The card is published in Japanese and marked tax-inclusive, which is a good sign about the operator’s market but means the English-language conversation about what each course includes still has to happen. And the operator publishes no phone number and no opening hours at all — everything runs through LINE. If you want to walk in cold, this is not the venue for it.

259/13-14 Sukhumvit Soi 22, in Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei — immediately beside the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, which is the landmark to give a taxi driver. Soi 22 runs south off Sukhumvit; BTS Phrom Phong is about a six-minute walk from the mouth of the soi, and BTS Asok is a similar distance in the other direction. This is one of the busiest massage sois in the city, so the address is well known and easy to reach.
